Allyson Lee
(she/her)Allyson has represented clients before administrative tribunals, all levels of court in Ontario, and the Supreme Court of Canada. A former judicial law clerk at the Federal Court of Canada, she has a strong background in administrative law and judicial review. Allyson’s expertise includes the full range of employment and labour law including workplace investigations and workplace safety and insurance.
Allyson is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, Canadian Bar Association, and Ontario Bar Association (Administrative Law, Labour & Employment; Civil Litigation, Constitutional, Civil Liberties and Human Rights, Privacy and Access to Information, Workers’ Compensation, Women Lawyers Forum).
