Employment Standards legislation is among the most important legislation governing the employment relationship. We regularly advise clients on provincial and federal employment standards legislation including Part III of the Canada Labour Code and the Ontario Employment Standards Act, and have extensive experience appearing before the appropriate boards and bodies.
