Raymond K. MacKinnon
Raymond provides strategic advice and representation to employers in many areas of employment and labour law. He has represented employers at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, Court of Appeal for Ontario, Ontario Labour Relations Board, Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, and other administrative tribunals.
Raymond joined Sherrard Kuzz LLP after practicing at a management-side employment and labour law boutique. He is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, Canadian Bar Association, and Ontario Bar Association (Administrative Law, Labour & Employment; Civil Litigation, Constitutional, Civil Liberties and Human Rights, Privacy and Access to Information, Workers’ Compensation).
