Students

Johanna joins Sherrard Kuzz LLP as a first-year summer student in 2024. She is a Juris Doctor candidate at Queen’s University, where she is the 1L VP Social for the Queen’s Law First Generation Network, and volunteers with Pro Bono Students Canada for the ID clinic project.

Prior to law school, Johanna completed an Honours Political Science degree with a minor in environment where she graduated with first-class honours and distinction. For her Honours Seminar final project, Johanna researched the nature and prevalence of environmental racism in Canada. She was a highly involved participant in the student community and completed an internship in communications during her final year of study.

In her spare time, Johanna practices for performances with her pop-punk/ska band where she is the main singer.

Johanna is bilingual. English/French.
