Ella joins Sherrard Kuzz LLP as a first-year summer student in 2026. She is a juris doctor candidate at the University of New Brunswick, where she serves as the elected 1L Faculty Council Representative.

Prior to law school, Ella earned a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial and Labour Relations, with a minor in Health Geography, from McGill University. While at McGill, she served as President of the McGill Industrial Relations Association and acted as a spokesperson in collective bargaining simulations and mock labour arbitrations. After graduating, she taught and developed curriculum for debate and public speaking courses in the Greater Toronto Area, while concurrently working in Learning and Development at a union representing construction and mining workers in Ontario and Nunavut.

Outside of her studies, Ella enjoys performing stand up and improv comedy, staying active at the gym, and trying new foods, both at home and out. She maintains a carefully curated ranking of favourite restaurants on Beli.

Ella is fluently bilingual in English and French.
