Leah M. Simon
Leah’s practice is focused on the representation of management in many areas of employment and labour law with particular emphasis on employment law, employment agreements, policy development and implementation, human rights and accommodation and all matters relating to the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act.
Widely published, Leah is regularly asked to speak on employment and labour related topics, taught Employment Law in the Human Resources Management post graduate program at Conestoga College, and is the co-author (with Sherrard Kuzz LLP colleague, Katherine Ford) of Carswell’s Practice & Procedure Before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
Leah is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association (Labour & Employment, Civil Litigation, Constitutional, Civil Liberties & Human Rights, Workers’ Compensation) and the Law Society of Ontario.
