Katherine E. Ford
(she/her)Katherine is the firm’s Manager of Knowledge Management, responsible for enhancing the team’s practice efficiency and knowledge management programs. Katherine is an experienced employment and labour lawyer who, prior to assuming the Knowledge Management role, practiced law for 13 years providing advice to employers across the country. She is recognized by Lexpert® as a leading human rights lawyer, with complementary expertise in workplace investigations. Katherine is called to the Bar in Ontario (and formerly, British Columbia).
Katherine is widely published and regularly asked to lead professional webinars and workshops on a variety of employment and labour related issues, and is the co-author of Carswell’s Practice & Procedure Before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario.
Katherine is a member of the Law Society of Ontario, Canadian Bar Association, and Ontario Bar Association (Administrative Law, Labour & Employment; Civil Litigation, Constitutional, Civil Liberties and Human Rights, Pension and Benefits, Education, Privacy and Access to Information, Workers’ Compensation).
