Sarah joined Sherrard Kuzz LLP as a first-year summer student, returned for a second summer in 2020 and will article with the firm in 2021-2022. She is a graduate of Queen’s University – Faculty of Law, where she was Co-President Queen’s Labour and Employment Law Club, Vice President Queen’s Human Rights Law Club, Managing Editor of Business and Marketing Queen’s Law Journal, an executive member of the Queen’s Women in Law Club, and a podcast host for Pro Bono Radio.
A distinguished mooter, Sarah won the Queen’s University Grand Moot, placed second in the Society Moot and made the final round of a prestigious labour and employment moot. In addition, she was the moot coach for the Queen’s team at the National labour Arbitration, and awarded a course prize for the top trial team in Trial Advocacy.
Prior to law school, Sarah graduated with high distinction from University of Toronto with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Ethics, Society and Law. She spent a summer studying law at the London School of Economics.
In her spare time, Sarah enjoys skiing, escape rooms and is the lead vocalist in a rock(ish) band comprised of fellow law students.
