Natalie joined Sherrard Kuzz LLP as a first year summer student, returned for her second summer and articles with the firm in 2019-2020. She is a graduate of Queen’s University Law School where she was awarded the Goodmans LLP Scholarship in Legal Skills for her performance in the legal skills course, the McDougall-Watson Memorial Award for contribution to the Queen’s Legal Aid clinic and the Queen’s Law Prize in Immigration & Refuge Law. Natalie was also the events coordinator for the law school’s Labour and Employment Club.
Prior to law school, Natalie graduated with an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University in 2013. She played on the varsity volleyball team for two years prior to studying abroad in Belgium. She was also the Outreach Commissioner of the Commerce Society and represented Queen’s at the National Collegiate Sales Competition at Kennesaw State University. Between undergrad and law school, Natalie worked for three years as an underwriter at Chubb Insurance.
In her spare time, Natalie enjoys playing intramural sports, travelling and trying out new restaurants in the city.
