Ethan joined Sherrard Kuzz LLP as a second-year summer student in 2022 and articles with us in 2023. He is a Juris Doctor candidate at Queen’s University, where he founded the Queen’s Art Law Club, co-founded the Queen’s Public Law Interest Club, competed in a labour and employment moot and won the Queen’s Law Prize in Introduction to Legal Skills. Ethan is a caseworker for the Queen’s Prison Law Clinic.

Prior to law school, Ethan completed a Master of Arts Degree in English Literature from York University. He also graduated cum laude from York University with an Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree in Professional Writing and English Literature. During his graduate studies, Ethan was a research assistant with York University’s Writing Department and the publication coordinator for Existere Journal of Arts & Literature.

In his spare time, Ethan enjoys playing tennis, brewing kombucha, cooking, and reading. He also coaches the York University Undergraduate Varsity Moot Team.
