  • Communications Not Private or Confidential
    Sherrard Kuzz LLP welcomes the opportunity to communicate with you via the internet. However, please be advised that our law firm cannot guarantee the privacy or confidentiality of any communication made through the internet. We cannot guarantee that information sent through the internet will not be intercepted by third parties. If you wish to provide information of a confidential, personal or sensitive nature to one of the members of our firm, please contact the member directly by telephone.
  • Unintended Recipient
    Notwithstanding the foregoing, any email originating from Sherrard Kuzz LLP may be privileged and is intended for the exclusive use of the intended recipient.  Any other person is strictly prohibited from disclosing, distributing or reproducing it.  If you receive communication from our firm, and you are not the intended recipient, please inform us immediately by telephone at (416) 603-0700 at our expense and delete this email and destroy all copies.
