Sherrard Kuzz LLP welcomes the opportunity to communicate with you
via the internet. However, please be advised that our law firm
cannot guarantee the privacy or confidentiality of any communication

jurisdiction, such determination shall not affect the remaining

related documents be drawn up solely in the English language.
