Carol Chan

Carol Chan is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Toronto. While at law school Carol was Assistant Editor and an executive member of the school’s Law Review, as well as committed to a wide range of public interest works through the school’s Downtown Legal Services and various community organizations.

Prior to law school, Carol obtained an Honours Business Administration Degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario where she was awarded a four year continuing scholarship for academic excellence. During this time, Carol also held the positions of Technical Writer, Software Developer and Privacy Officer Intern for IBM Canada.

Carol joined Sherrard Kuzz LLP following her first year at law school, and has been a member of our team ever since.
