Allyson Lee
(she/her)Allyson’s expertise includes the full range of employment and labour law, including advocacy, human rights, workplace investigations and workplace safety and insurance. She represents clients before a range of administrative tribunals, and all levels of court including the Supreme Court of Canada. A former judicial law clerk at the Federal Court of Canada, Allyson has a strong background in administrative law and judicial review.
Allyson is a member of the Association of Workplace Investigators, Law Society of Ontario, Canadian Bar Association (Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Community), and Ontario Bar Association (Administrative Law, Civil Litigation, Labour & Employment Law, Workers’ Compensation, Constitutional, Civil Liberties & Human Rights, Privacy and Access to Information Law, Women Lawyers Forum).
