Betty is a graduate of the National Program at the University of Ottawa where she received both her LL.L (Licentiate in Civil Law) and LL.B. Betty also has an Honours Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Toronto where she majored in Human Biology and Classical Civilizations.

Betty is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association (Labour & Employment, Constitutional, Civil Liberties and Human Rights, Young Lawyers), Hellenic Canadian Lawyers’ Association and the Law Society of Upper Canada.
