Madeleine Loewenberg’s practice is focused on the representation of management in many areas of employment and labour law including:

Madeleine regularly appears before a broad range of courts and administrative tribunals. She lectures and leads workshops for the employment and labour bar, employer associations and clients on a wide variety of topics related to her practice. She is a frequent contributor to the firm newsletter, “Management Counsel”, Canadian Employment Law Today, Employment Law at Work, Workplace News, and various Ontario Bar Association newsletters.

Madeleine is Past Chair of the Young Lawyers’ Division (Central) of the Ontario Bar Association and an elected Member of the Ontario Bar Association Council. She is also member of the following organizations:

Madeleine is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts, Honours Degree, in Political Science (Major) and English (Minor) from York University.
