Erin R. Kuzz
Erin Kuzz is a founding member of Sherrard Kuzz LLP and a recognized leader in her field. She is recognized by Lexpert® as a Leading Practitioner, with expertise in the following areas:
Erin has chaired several national and local conferences on labour and employment law, and taught at Osgoode Hall Law School and University of Toronto. She is widely published and leads workshops and seminars on a variety of topics including progressive discipline, attendance management, positive employee relations, remaining union-free and workplace harassment.
Erin is Past Chair of the Labour and Employment Section of the Ontario Bar Association. She is a member of the following organizations:
