Erin R. Kuzz
Erin Kuzz is a founding member of Sherrard Kuzz LLP. She has practised labour and employment law for more than a decade, with particular expertise in the following areas:
Erin is Past Chair of the Labour Relations Section of the Ontario Bar Association and has taught Labour Arbitration at Osgoode Hall Law School. She is also a member of the:

Erin appears regularly before the Ontario Labour Relations Board and labour arbitrators. She has also chaired a number of national and local conferences on labour and employment related matters.
Erin is widely published and conducts workshops and seminars for employers on a wide variety of topics including progressive discipline, privacy, attendance management, positive employee relations, remaining union-free, workplace harassment and preparation for arbitration hearings.
Erin is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from York University.
