Sylvie M.D. GuilbertSylvie M.D. Guilbert is called to the bar in both Ontario and British Columbia. She provides advice to employers across the country with particular focus in the following areas: 
Sylvie is a member of the Ontario Bar Association (Labour & Employment, Privacy, Workers’ Compensation, Civil Litigation, Constitutional, Civil Liberties & Human Rights), the Law Society of Upper Canada and the Law Society of British Columbia. Previously Sylvie held the positions of General Counsel with a federal Crown Corporation, Professor of Law at both the Faculty of Law and School of Business of the University of Ottawa, and practiced exclusively management-side labour and employment law with an Ottawa law firm. Sylvie holds a Masters of Law Degree from the University of Cambridge in United Kingdom, as well as a Bachelor of Laws Degree and Bachelor of Social Sciences Degree (Political Science and History) from the University of Ottawa.
