Thomas J. Gorsky
Tom Gorsky is a highly experienced and accomplished practitioner
of employment law. He has extensive courtroom experience, having
appeared many times in the Superior Court of Justice and Ontario
Court of Appeal. Tom’s representation of clients includes the

Tom has written extensively in the area of employment law and is a former editor of the Dismissal and Employment Law Digest.
Tom is regularly invited to chair and speak at conferences on various topics related to his practice including constructive dismissal, privacy, inducement and temporary and contract workers. His speaking engagements have included repeat invitations to address the Annual Six Minute Employment Law Lawyer, one of the pre-eminent annual conferences on employment law, sponsored by the Law Society of Upper Canada, as well as various media outlets including CFRB 1010 and AM640.
Tom is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School, and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Toronto Lawyers’ Association.
