Sundeep A. Gokhale

Sundeep is a highly accomplished lawyer whose practice is focused on the representation of management in many areas of employment and labour law with particular emphasis on labour relations, positive employee relations, collective bargaining, employment law, human rights and accommodation, and responding to union organizing and applications for certification.

Sundeep’s expertise includes:

Sundeep is frequently asked to speak at industry conferences and lead webinars on a variety of topics related to his practice. He is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association (Labour & Employment, Construction Law, Civil Litigation, Constitutional, Civil Liberties, Human Rights, Workers Compensation), South Asian Bar Association (Toronto Chapter), Law Society of Upper Canada, and Retail Council of Canada. He volunteers his time to Ovarian Cancer Canada and has taught employment and labour law at Conestoga College.

Sundeep is a graduate of the University of Windsor Law School, having obtained his Honours Bachelor of Arts Degree (Labour Studies) from McMaster University. Sundeep was a summer and articling student with Sherrard Kuzz LLP during which time he was seconded with the Ontario Labour Relations Board
