Carissa N. Tanzola
Carissa Tanzola’s practice is focused on the representation of management in many areas of employment and labour law including:
Carissa is a Member-At-Large for the Labour and Employment Law Section of the Ontario Bar Association Executive, and a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association (Labour & Employment, Civil Litigation, Constitutional, Civil Liberties & Human Rights, Workers’ Compensation, Young Lawyers) and Law Society of Upper Canada.
Carissa regularly writes for industry publications such as Canadian Employment Law Today, Canadian HR Reporter and Canadian Safety Reporter on a variety of employment and labour issues. She also regularly leads seminars focused on areas related to her practice.
Carissa obtained her law degree at the University of Ottawa and an Honours Degree (Distinction) in Political Science from the University of Western Ontario. She was a summer and articling student with Sherrard Kuzz LLP.
