Carol J. ChanCarol Chan’s practice is focused on the representation of management in many areas of employment and labour law including: 
Carol is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association (Labour & Employment, Civil Litigation, Constitutional, Civil Liberties & Human Rights, Workers’ Compensation, Young Lawyers) and the Law Society of Upper Canada. Carol was both a summer and articling student with Sherrard Kuzz LLP. She completed her law degree at the University of Toronto and obtained an Honours Business Administration Degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
