Adrian D. JakibchukAdrian’s practice is focused on the representation of management in many areas of employment and labour law including: 
Prior to joining Sherrard Kuzz LLP, Adrian practiced at a management-side labour & employment firm in Toronto. Adrian regularly appears before the Ontario Labour Relations Board and labour arbitrators. He has written several articles and presented on various issues in the field of labour and employment law. Adrian is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, Ontario Bar Association (Labour & Employment, Civil Litigation, Constitutional, Civil Liberties & Human Rights), and the Law Society of Upper Canada. Adrian is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Toronto and holds an Honours Business Administration degree from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.
